Before I started to join this W&S programmed, my life is so dark.
I had completed my `N` Level and I didn’t sit for my `O` level. I was enjoying my life during that time, by hanging around here and there without any goals that I want to achieve. But my hyper active was totally stop on the spot, when I met a motorbike accident. I was comma for a week and paralyzed for 3 month without any movements, due to the spinal cord injuries. I felt so hopeless and keep thinking bout my future, do I get a job with this kind of condition? I was so sad when I was told that the hospital staff wants to recommends me working with disabled committees. And I’m not prepared for that.
So I decided to over coming obstacles, I kept myself busy with therapy in order for me to be able to walk again, and after 3 month hospitalized I was discharged. God heard my prayers, one day after 2 weeks at home I was alone searching for appointment card, I didn’t realized that I was standing and walking without any crutches or wheel chair around me. When I noticed I cried happily and told my parent’s bout the good news. But it’s not ending yet, im still having the side effect due to the injuries. I searched for jobs everywhere and kept changing much kind of jobs including Cleaning Supervisor, helped out food stalls serving, washing plates, and doing sales in much kind of department stores. But all of them are not suitable for me, and that’s not the job that I want to end up.
So I decided to upgrade myself to become someone’s better in future. And I saw this W&S programme advertisement in the news paper, I called and attended the seminar, I was selected into this W&S programme. And the best part is that I was selected to work with the company itself, and this is the job that I dreamt since childhood, working in the office environment. I have learned so many things here, learned how to handle heavy task paper work and over come all those problems that my students gone through which under my care very well.. in studies, I try to understand the technics of understanding, memorizing the formula, understanding every single chapter by concentrated in class. After all, I see myself improve in work, as the management decided to confirmed me as a permanent staff. As for studies, I have to make an extra afford to make sure that I pay the course is not for free, therefore I have really changed my mind set to really focus in studies in order to get a great results at the end of the course, as I know this ABE qualification is recognized any where.
In terms of finances, im happy and still can survives, but I will always looking forward aim for more. For career prospects, I really love my position, and I will make sure that one day I can become like my director position.
And last but not least for my beloved family and friends, they are much2x happy to see me right now and they cant believe that I turned up to changed and be a consultant. And Thanks once again to Harriet that makes my life change
